Update: General

  • All orders have been updated
  • All emails have been replied to
  • All wickr have been replied to
  • 6k in compensation and extras have been processed through.
  • First batch of orals/oils have been sent out
  • ACL will be done tomorrow or day after
  • International orders tracking should be soon
  • No one should be in a position to complain, besides about delays but that’s been fixed now.

Backlog Update

13 orders pending (Australia domestic few international).

We try to get everything out as quick as possible.

Everything will be out by October 19.

We will update and check with forums, there was a complaint made on SST, that person can you email me your order name and number.

Yes we are behind on emails, wickr is somewhat up to date at latest replies in 7 days. Emails a bit long but it would be a easier process via emails.

Compensation will be given to older orders.

Update: Transparency Report

  • We are behind on replies and emails.
  • There had been order delays by 1-2 weeks, as the domestic oil shipper took 2 weeks to ship out items.
  • Our priority is to ship out all your orders.
  • We will change the current oil supplier to a alternative for a faster turnover so we aim to ship every night rather than once a week (changing shippers).
  • Oral delay is still present, we have not forgotten about your order – the orals that are affected were on the last post update
  • BOP mods is doing everything to get BOP back up.
  • We couldn’t reply a lot or access our systems the past two weeks that frequently due to security upgrades. Our priority is our security and systems as well as your user data. Then it’s the orders.
