Update: Transparency Report

  • We are behind on replies and emails.
  • There had been order delays by 1-2 weeks, as the domestic oil shipper took 2 weeks to ship out items.
  • Our priority is to ship out all your orders.
  • We will change the current oil supplier to a alternative for a faster turnover so we aim to ship every night rather than once a week (changing shippers).
  • Oral delay is still present, we have not forgotten about your order – the orals that are affected were on the last post update
  • BOP mods is doing everything to get BOP back up.
  • We couldn’t reply a lot or access our systems the past two weeks that frequently due to security upgrades. Our priority is our security and systems as well as your user data. Then it’s the orders.
