If you haven’t gotten your AU oils parcel, 8 days after getting your tracking please message me on Wickr with your order number for a refund I will try regardless to get the oils to you even after refund.
It’s either Australia post isn’t updating the parcels or the parcels aren’t getting sent on time as it is stated. Our end it has been sent.
Although many order take as long as 2 weeks after tracking has been sent. Keep in mind the orders are coming from SA.
If the orders don’t get scanned by Monday, a final reshipment will go out, with 100% scanned tracking. You might receive two parcels you might receive one, we’ll find out.
